27,28 DECEMBER 2004 ^^ Music Camp

Our batch of committee, or known as band council executives, organised another Music Camp for the year. This is for the second time of the year. this time, band members are required to sit fot Scheme Exams which consists of theory exams and also practical tests too. Such an coincidence, Alvin Tan, which is our former Major (2002) came back to Kuching and he become the major throughout the camping period... For all the major of all these years, i still like Alvin become our major. jus feel tat he got the style of becoming a major... anyway, he is already back in KL.. on tat night, we have to barbeque for our members the njoyed it. the bad thing is, the ate too much for dinner and as a result, there is still half of the bought chicken wings left.. Tze Hui brought it back and kept it in the freezer... later tat night, we voice out what we felt about those form 5 committes, bout their bad behavior and also tat we are not able to cooperate to run a troop to our New GSL, Mr Jeremy Sim.. he then asked us to try and also say tat he will speak to them as to correct them...
on the secondday of the camp, we conducted our inspection early in the morning and members were punished as they were all late for inspection... hai... for the theory and practical exam later, it procedeed smoothly with each section leader examining their own section members... as for me, i am in-charge of saxaphone and the two of my members, Mo Jian Yung and Janet Uon was awarded two stripe and one stripe each for peforming excellently... Flag lowering was around 12.15p.m. and members were preesented with a band batch as a souvenir. when i was about to leave, a member fell down accidentally and his arm was dislocated... too bad... his mum then came and sent him to the hospital....
this camp has archieved its main objective.....
